In a strategic move to bolster its global presence, Thai Airways has unveiled plans to launch new routes connecting Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) in Bangkok to three key cities: Perth (Australia), Colombo (Sri Lanka), and Kochi (India).

Perth Service: 

Effective March 31, 2024, Thai Airways will introduce daily flights between Bangkok and Perth. Passengers can anticipate the convenience of Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner aircraft, offering a total of 22 Royal Silk Class seats and 234 Economy Class seats. Departing Bangkok at 07:20 on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, Flight TG481 will touch down in Perth at 15:05, with return Flight TG482 departing Perth at 16:20 and arriving in Bangkok at 22:20. On Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, Flight TG483 departs Bangkok at 00:01 and arrives in Perth at 07:45, with return Flight TG484 departing Perth at 09:20 and landing in Bangkok at 15:20.

Colombo Service: 

Simultaneously, the airline will commence daily flights between Bangkok and Colombo on the same date. Airbus A320-200 aircraft will operate on this route, featuring 12 Economy Plus seats and 156 Economy Class seats. Departing Bangkok at 21:05, Flight TG307 will arrive in Colombo at 00:01 the following day, while the return leg, TG308, will depart Colombo at 01:20, landing in Bangkok at 07:30.

Kochi Service: 

Expanding its footprint in India, Thai Airways will inaugurate thrice-weekly flights between Bangkok and Kochi, beginning April 2, 2024. Airbus A320-200 aircraft will serve passengers on this route, accommodating 174 Economy Class seats. Departing Bangkok at 21:40 on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, Flight TG347 will reach Kochi at 00:25 the next day. The return journey, TG348, will depart Kochi at 01:35 on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, arriving in Bangkok at 07:35.
