The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) has teamed up with six leading airlines—AirAsia, VietJet Air, Nok Air, Thai Airways, Bangkok Airways, and Thai Lion Air—to launch the “Super Deal 9/9” promotion, a key element of the “Weekday Travel with Airlines” campaign. This initiative, aimed at boosting travel during Thailand’s Green Season, offers over 100,000 discounted airfares and will be available from 9th September through to 15 December 2024.
TAT Governor Thapanee Kiatphaibool highlighted the campaign’s vital role in revitalising tourism and stimulating the national economy, with an emphasis on both well-known and emerging destinations. By encouraging weekday travel, the initiative seeks to distribute tourist activity more evenly across the country and provide essential support to local businesses. Starting on 9 September, travellers can access these exclusive deals, which vary by airline.
